Our group fitness classes are a great way to build the foundation and structure that can fuel your personal fitness journey for many years to come. It doesn’t get much more inspiring and empowering than a group training class of supportive people working hard together to achieve common goals. And all within a fun and dynamic state-of-the-art environment.

Choose a Group Training Class to Suit You

We offer two types of group training class – our TFW amazing large group classes and our TFW small group class. Our regular group training has spots for up to 30 people and is a great way to train as everybody works hard as a group and motivates one another. Our small group training is limited to up to 5 students to give you a much more personal experience. Group training is the perfect way to motivate yourself and to also encourage others to dig deeper and push harder during their workouts.

Build Structure into Every Workout

Our group training classes are a great way to workout without having to plan a routine yourself. Every class is carefully structured with a warm-up, balanced workout and a very welcome cool-down. Your instructor will coach you through every segment of your workout and ensure your posture and technique is on point to get you the best results.
